Shipping policy

Order Processing

All online orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order is ready for shipping. If you still have not heard from us, please send us an email at pagingcoppermedical@gmail.com for the status of your order. 

Parcel Delivery

All parcel orders are shipped within Canada only. Shipping to remote locations such as Yukon, NWT and Nunvavut are not available at this time.

Transit Time: Estimated transit times begin when your order is shipped, and do not include weekends or holidays. Standard shipping is on an average of (1-6) business days in Canada.
